How to save client’s information or consult his messages history?

The client sheet gives you access to basic information about the client and to the different interactions he might have had with agents in RingCentral Engage Digital. Depending on your permissions, you are able to add information to the client’s profile or even add comments on the interventions.

In Folders view, click the client’s name or avatar to display the client sheet.

In Tasks view, the client sheet is automatically displayed on the right part of the screen when a task is being processed.

It might happen that a client sheet has more tabs depending on the CRM connected to your RingCentral Engage Digital console.
