Only users with the permission “Manage roles” have the ability to modify roles in RingCentral Engage Digital.
Furthermore, it is impossible to modify a role if your role does not possess equivalent permissions to the role you want to modify.
Finally, it is not possible to modify your own role.
An agent has fewer permissions than I do but I cannot modify his role, why?
