For each message originating from a public flow imported in RingCentral Engage Digital, you can either access the message on the source where it was originally published by clicking the Permalink button in the title bar, or:
- On a client’s message, click on the Extra actions button
- In the list, click on Permalink
This opens a new tab showing the message on the original source. On the source, you can also access the profile information of the user that sent the message.
This option is particularly useful in the case of a user quoting a tweet on Twitter, because the quoted message is not uploaded on the RingCentral Engage Digital console.
